Training is considered one of the most important strategic functions in the organization, which aims to develop its human resources.

The training function is the basic basis for building and developing the human activity plans in the organization.

In our study we surveyed 250 employees in "CR-METAL" a metal construction company, to highlight the role of the training function in human resources development, we concluded that there is a strong relationship of statistical significance at a significant level (α ≤ 0.05) between training (independent variable) and the three dimensions of human resource development (efficiency development, performance improvement, and career development).

The results showed that training as one of the inputs of human resource development in the organization is the most important and most effective means to ensure the development and continuation of the human resource activity in the organization.

The "CR-METAL" company is putting the training function among its top priorities and strategic choices, which is positively reflected on the development of human resources evidence of the results of the study achieved
