The study aimed to identify the impact of organizational learning on the development of innovative behavior by professors of the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences at the University of Skikda.
In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the analytical and descriptive methodology was used as a tool for collecting initial data from the study sample of 100 teachers.
The study concluded that there was an average level of organizational learning practice in the college; faculty professors had a high level of innovative behavior; there was a statistically significant impact on organizational learning dimensions on the development of innovative behavior by faculty professors, and this influence was reflected in a dimension (learning dynamics, application of technology), reflecting the importance of organizational learning in developing the innovative behavior of teachers to improve the quality of higher education.
