Abstract EN

This study aimed at identifying the extent of application of TQM principles and their impact on performance of industrial organizations working in qualified industrial zones in Jordan.

The study involve nine principles (commitment of the top management, the focus on customer, employees involvement, teamwork, the strategic quality planning, management by facts, and benchmarking).

The results indicates the TQM application has a positive impact on the financial and non-financial performance.
