Abstract EN

This research aims to shed light on the strengths and weaknesses of corporate governance frameworks in Algeria and Jordan as compared to the principles of the OECD.

The study concluded the need to recast the framework of governance Algerian including agreed principles of the OECD as well as the type of institutions in addition to working on a culture of governance in the business environment of Algeria and the development agencies, arrange and evaluate institutions, while seeking to provide the institutional and legal framework for it.
