The 1990 Convention on the Rights of the Child, which included rights for children including the right to life and education, did not resonate in the land of armed conflict, nor weight in international forums except slogans that did not erase scars and were documented by scenes of wars and conflicts that distorted the present of children, and many questions remain to be asked.

Their future, when "innocence suspended" becomes a title for the lost generation of the children of victims of armed conflict, especially as we know that the future of the nation is determined by the present of its children.

This makes us ask many questions, the most important of them: What are the most important and most serious violations suffered by a child during armed conflicts? How did the international community deal with these violations? What is the strategy in place to control violations of children's rights during armed conflict? Did the international community, in coordination with the local community of the conflict state, have a plan to reintegrate and rehabilitate children into society? If we say the legal status of the child, it may be seen to the reader that he has rights and obligations, but with regard to the special and weak nature of the child, we find him rights expecting their obligations not only to his family and his local community, but also to the international community, and through this research we try to answer the problems raised.
