Abstract EN

The purpose of this research is to know the position of the Jordanian and the Bahraini law from the provisions that should be available in the electronic signature in the electronic transactions law from one side and the Jordanian evidence law and the Bahraini evidence law from the other side.

This research has addressed a number of topics and requirements of which are: The study reached as set of results, the most important: 1- The use of the technical means has enabled conducting the different contracts and exchange of data related to the financial liability.

2- Connecting the computers and the internet web made if possible for instant contracting between two absent persons regarding the space.

3- Thanks to the computers connections and the internet web it is possible to perform different legal actions.

Recommendations: 1- Electronic Signature validity should be concerned and attribute it to its owner in order to avoid the resulting problems from using this signature by other persons.

Modern legislations should be placed according to the development that the sector is witnessing which became of the most developing sectors.
