Abstract EN

This study deals with an important aspect of the legal aspects raised by the subject of arbitration, i.e.

the procedures in the case of disputes regarding arbitration.

The study focuses on the procedures to be followed to settle the disputes as per Jordanian arbitration law (from the beginning till the end) and the basic guarantees that protect the judicial system.

It aims to compare some Arab arbitration laws.

It also studies some conventions in practice and the systems of regional and international arbitration centers in this regard.

An attempt has been made to present this study through four main investigations: the first of which deals with the basic guarantees in place to carry out the procedures for the settlement of arbitration disputes; the second discusses the procedures to be carried out for the settlement of arbitration disputes in normal cases; the third talks about the procedures to be carried out for the settlement of arbitration disputes under unusual circumstances; the fourth and the final topic deals with doing away with the arbitration disputes.

I have used the rules of the Jordanian Civil Procedure Code as the main reference to the Jordanian Arbitration Law so as not to contradict the basic features of the arbitration system as a whole.
