The research seeks to identify the compatibility of the Israeli occupation authorities' actions with international human rights standards in the face of the spread of the Corona virus among Palestinian detainees, where the research concluded that these authorities did not follow appropriate safety and prevention procedures to prevent the spread of the infection of the Corona virus between detainees, which involves deliberate medical negligence and inhuman treatment, are subject to a war crime in accordance with Article(8) of the Rome Charter established by the International Criminal Court of 1998 and a crime against humanity in accordance with Article (7) of the Charter itself.

Accordingly, and to ensure the protection of the Palestinian detainees' health rights in the occupation prisons in light of the spread of the Corona virus, the research called on the international community to put pressure on the Israeli occupation authorities to take preventive procedures to protect the Palestinian detainees.

It also called on the International Committee of the Red Cross and the World Health Organization to monitor the occupation prisons and to pressure the prison service administration to take all means to guarantee the health rights of Palestinian detainees.

The research called for the release of Palestinian detainees, especially those with chronic diseases and the elderly, who are considered to be at greatest risk of death in light of the spread of the Corona virus.

He also called on the International Criminal Court to begin an effective investigation into the crimes committed by the Israeli occupation authorities against Palestinian detainees, particularly the policy of medical negligence.
