Abstract EN

This study presents an analysis of the central problem related to the system of self-government, by asking the following question: What is the relationship between the system of self-government and the problem of national non-integration within the state? This will allow for a deepening of the debate about the reasons for the success and failure of its implementation, and will also enable it to make accurate comparisons between it and the other forms of decentralized organization, especially administrative decentralized organization, and its applied models such as advanced regionalization, for example.
