Strategic awakening is one of the modern intellectual developments in the business world.
Its role in Algeria has grown since the Algerian state and economic institutions realized that they no longer have to wait for what will happen in their external environment.
These changes create opportunities and create threats.
This study aims at introducing the concept of strategic vigilance and highlighting the various efforts undertaken by the Algerian state in order to develop its vigilance and vigilance of its institutions.
