This study addresses the question of whether or not it is possible for the creditors of a labourer to recover their debts from the monetary rights and belongings of their indebted employee that are the tenure of his job-owner through attachment and deduction.
The study is meant to address the Emirati law’s set regulations regarding this issue.
It proposes and adopts more than one recommendation that may lead to a higher level of fair handling.
