Merging the conception of gender in to Security Council Resolution No.1325 and its impkication for the general policymaking in Iraq The gender as an international concept commonly used in political activities that concerned women rights and issues , where the concept was incorporated in first decision came out from security council about woman in peace and security issues , and its decision that numbered 1325 for the 2000 year , this decision should toke the interests of those concerned when making general politics in Iraq after 2003, starting in the writing of the constitution and laws and the legislation issued .

and also with the governmental program .Finally with writing strategies for the implementation this decision, and they are the national plane to Implement this decision for the years 2014 -2018 then the contingency plan.
