Abstract EN

This article seeks to discover the meaning of ‘Laorf’/law as a legal phenomenon that has framed Amazigh societies for centuries, and therefore Laorf/law is the truest of legal rules and is an authentic expression of the will of individuals.

Laorf/law has an important role to play in legislative life, which may complement or propify legislation.

Its positives that it changes with changing of social and economic conditions to keep pace with developments, and this has made it adapt to the various situations that human psychological development is experiencing.

It can therefore be said that Laorf/law reflects an ever-changing social and political structure, in order to preserve the viability and continuity of Amazigh society.

In this research, we have reviewed a bibliography that includes the results of Arab and foreign research and studies on the subject of Laorf/law in Morocco.
