In view of the central role of the justice system in providing a safe environment for investment and enhancing the attractiveness of the business environment, most states have worked to establish the independence of the judiciary, to increase the effectiveness of the functioning of the justice system so that it meets the requirements of the stage and to strengthen judicial security in all its aspects, It has also modernized its legal system in the area of business law and investment protection in a way that contributes to legal security.
