The question of finding suitable means to help reduce traffic accidents and preserve human and society has become an important issue.

The mosque has an important role in this area, where it needs to find the appropriate means to help in raising awareness of the phenomenon of traffic accidents.

The Shari'a is rich in sources and rules.

In this sense, this paper deals with the problems related to the legal rules and regulations on which the mosque can rely on establishing its mission and broadcasting the traffic culture among the people.
