The Arab region is witnessing a decline in the human rights situation in many countries, which makes it vulnerable to the threat of external intervention in the context of humanitarian causes.

Accordingly most of the international reports dealing with human rights and freedom has agreed on this bad situation, such as the Freedom of the World report prepared by the Freedom House, this report pointed out that Most of the Arab countries have received low indicators of political rights and civil liberties in 2017, so what are the causes of this human rights situation and its future Indicators?
