This paper addresses the phenomenon of globalization and its impact on tourism by addressing the relationship between the tourism sector, globalization, the role of liberalization of tourism services, information and communication technologies in the globalization of tourism through its various applications and its impact on increasing tourism growth, especially developing countries where tourism revenues account for a large proportion of the gross domestic product (GDP).
This paper refers to the experience of the United Arab Emirates, which is one of the most successful experiences in the globalization of tourism.
