Abstract EN

Recent arena teaching known appearance serious social plague hit the shoulders of educators and parents as well and medium: "surrender." this scourge is rampant in the countries of the third world in general and in particular the Algeria became a concern all segments of society as it affects most sectors (education) and their serious consequences that threaten the stability and security of the homeland.

The purpose of this research highlight this serious phenomenon and answer the questions: why is the relationship between "disconnect" between the Arab world and the Western world, even if a global problem? What are the causes of the growing phenomenon of "disconnect" in the communities? What are the solutions to reduce this phenomenon and to eliminate from the depths? Through the definition and the description of the 'language' leakage', referred to in various causes and propose a number of solutions that will help reduce this scourge as continuous monitoring of absenteeism and notification management for tutors, curricula and adopt modern methods in Education, and activating the role of the social worker, and others.

Among the closest we've come to this serious social evil cannot be eliminated only by joining the efforts of everyone, taking the issue seriously before they escalate
