The financial policy is one of the most important components of economic policy in both developed and developing countries, and considering that the deficit problem is a phenomenon directly related to the general budget of the state, which is one of the tools of fiscal policy, as well as it is the imbalance in the system of economic balance, In this research paper we will try to concentrate on the features of fiscal policy in Algeria in the incidence of a deficit in the budget during the period 2001-2014, through which we stand on the status of the state budget and how the financial authority was able to cover her deficit with available to have a means of financing.
