It is easy to set up the necessary structures and appropriate methods and developed tools, yet it is aspiring to it, the not easy to provide a teacher that masters, in addition to his capacity of work and cognitive, educational, professional and ethical qualifications.

No matter how much funds have been spent on education, by neglecting the most important element of it, that is the teacher, it would be as if we are building up on a frail foundation.

No matter how big the schools, the factories and libraries are , even supplied by all the means and books yet they become useless if they are not handed to qualified teachers; teachers who were formed appropriately and are aware of their mission and satisfied with their work and motivated enough for it.

Teachers who were formed ethically, professionally and cognitively.

The latter, that is the cognitive forming is what I am about to discuss through this article.
