Educational curriculum based on philosophical, educational, psychological, social and cultural foundations, it relates to the purposes and motivations related of the learner, which takes into account the environmental and social foundations of the learner, because he reacts in its content with emotional, kinetic, behavioral and mental areas which incorporate him into life and fulfill its desires, if the contract is served between the educational curriculum and the school, then the latter becomes empty, an attempt to import an educational curriculum or quote its educational content without a doubt this may affect the spirit of the school and mortgage its future, it creates an educational gap between learners and their future, cultural and intellectual heritage, so the past is separated from the present, and The future becomes more mysterious.
