English Abstract

This research paper aims to highlight the importance of the human security approach, as a new security approach in addressing the phenomenon of transnational organized crime, based on the individual as a unit of analysis in the sense that he is the main actor in the spread of this phenomenon, which is generated as a result of the availability of a fertile environment for its growth, especially internal conflicts and terrorism And the resulting various threats to human security.

And starting from the preventive dimension of the human security approach, we try to clarify the added value that can be embodied by activating the contents of this approach, and the extent of its success in reducing the phenomenon of organized crime by protecting individuals from the reasons for the spread of this phenomenon and enabling them to face it.
