The research has discussed the difficulty to recognize criminal intent in sports violence, by highlighting the Anglo-Saxon judiciary's trend to distinguish between justified sports violence and unjustified violence.

The researchers have concluded the Anglo-Saxon standard of distinction between negligence that remain justified and recklessness which may give rise to a cause of action, as well as estimation's criteria to figure out either negligence or recklessness, also the judicial distinction between contact sports and non contact sports has been discussed.

The researchers propose a set of suggestions to guide the judiciary in Arab states for solutions produced by Anglo-Saxon judiciary's experience and practice concerning sports violence cases in order to achieve balance between enjoyment, enthusiasm, excitement of sport and release of creative energies on the one hand and the need to control sports violence and criminalize unjustified violence that do not meet previous goals.
