Abstract EN

In this study, we seek to emphasize the role of parliamentary control, especially in question and interrogation mechanisms and parliamentary inquiry commissions in reducing the phenomenon of administrative corruption in government aisles, especially after the amendment of the 2016 constitution and die enactment of organic law 16-12 , hi addition to the functional relations that unite diem to the government, the Algerian Parliament has not yet achieved the desired effectiveness in various areas and is unable to determine its effectiveness in monitoring the work of die government.

We have tried to draw attention to some international experiences in this field, Such as Egypt and France, in order to highlight gaps and try to remedy them.
