The un official economy Is known to be a part of economy which Is hidden on purpose to avoid taxes' laws and regulations or goods and services produced to be illegal and the hidden economic activity Is not declared.

It has been omitted from gross domestic product.

Unofficial economy is being divided into legal sector and illegal sector.

The first is about self- sufficient economy and the second, represents a part of shadow economy.

This article handles the topic of UN official economy in Algeria in period (1970-2010).
