The aim of this study is to clarify the evolution of some of the international legal aspects of the law in the Palestinian case before the Zionist implementation according to the Belford pact, the Mandate and the Division decision.

-What the Palestinian Case knew after this implementation which is exemplified in the Zionist policy occupation, -The Palestinian Refugee Problem in their right to return to their home land and the recovery of their properties rights , to exercise their right of self determination, and the establishment of the Palestinian State and other aspects of the later International Law.
