The public economic institution is one of the main pillars that contribute to raising the national economy.
It's based on public money.
So, the legislator has entrusted the task of running it to a special body known as the managers.
However, like other institutions, it is not free of crimes.
That's why the legislator thought about preserving the public money 011 the one hand, and 011 the other hand, protecting the managers by establishing specificity in the procedure of public action hi accordance with law 110.
15/02 about criminal procedures, and therefore the practical reality determines the effectiveness of such action.
