With the spread of Globalization phemomenon, the financial audit faces so many chanlenges that's why this study tried to show some of those chalenges facing the Financial Audit and Accounting under Globalisation, and so the role of International Organization of supreme Audit Institution (INTOSI) to develop the financial Audit level, either in which belongs to the training of human working hand, or the developing of the methods used in the Auditing work.
