Multi-level marketing is a new contemporary type of marketing that emerged in the late last century, and spread widely in this century, which does not resemble the traditional types of marketing in the mechanism, although all united in the end, namely to reach the highest profit rate with the lowest cost ratio in more Places and countries.

This research aims to identify the concept of multi-level marketing, the types of contemporary marketing to which it relates, and to infer its divisions and the nuances between them; so, it can conclude jurisprudential ruling for them.

The researcher adopted the inductive, deductive and comparative approach in the research.

The researcher also experienced this marketing with one of the companies and lived the stage of starting the establishment of offices in Jordan, and attend training for marketers in several important stages to explore the nature of work and what it and what it is.

The research concluded to several results, the most important one is: Mufti needs to study each company operating this system separately; in order to be able to issue a fatwa accurately.
