accordingly, one of the Islamic zakat Vtad alternatives and a means to treat the problem of dependency of these countries and to strengthen its production capacity and reduce its dependence on the outside world, they move money and prevent Aktnazha and paid to the areas of development and investment.

however, the state must assume responsibility collected and spent through a technical device in which the necessary expertise is available to achieve the desired goals.

accordingly, the zakat fund project in Algeria came as the zakat and effective way to get out the problem of economic dependency, but the experiment did not reach the level of the independent administrative organization which position to follow up the collection and distribution process that is, they did not come out of into individual practice to the field of institutional practice like other proactive so countries such as Sudan and Malaysia.
