This research exposes the important citizen's role in contribution to prevent the crime.

There is necessity of diagnosis at this role through forming committees which consist of the representations of the whole organizations.

These committees stimulate the citizen to do his best role in confrontation crime and protection of society from its dangerous and regarding the cost of crimes and the big material casualties which cause damage to the general and special fund , and as much as we strength this role we could guarantee the social security from the dangerous of crime.
