Abstract EN

The increasing trend towards the digital economy imposes the development of enterprises.

The development of human resources has become the responsibility of the enterprises’ managers, focus on reviewing training, evaluating performance, planning the career path and then employing human resources requires the enterprise to adopt the appropriate strategy for developing its human resources.

This study is concerned with the human resources development and showing its importance for the contemporary enterprises.

It also explains the steps adopted by this latter in designing an appropriate strategy for the development of its human resources.
