In this research, we aim to know how to make strategic decisions for the Algerian businessman Issad Rebrab the president of Cevital complex form a model for managers of Algerian economic enterprises.

We will do this through a study and analysis of the content ofthe book written by Tayeb Hafsi about the life of Rabrab, who focuses on the role of intuition in strategic decision-making.

Before we discuss this, we will first try to define the concept of intuition in the field of management, and then we submit a book under consideration, the reasons for selecting this book for study and analysis, to present the methodology used in this subject, And analyze the views of Tayeb Hafsi, and the children of Rabrab and his view on how to take strategic decisions and the role of intuition in it.
