Abstract EN

The study aims to examine the role of knowledge management in improving the government colleges' performance in the Gaza Strip.

so, in order to achieve this objective, it was designed question to examine the role of development of performance.

it consist of six dimensions knowledge culture, organizational leadership, awareness and commitment of knowledge, human capital, technology and infrastructure, and application of knowledge.

It was distributed to 59 employees who work in the Palestine Technical College.

The study found that the level of knowledge management of Palestine Technical College employees is high level.

As well as, the college's employees have a close view on the practice of knowledge management and its role in the development of performance, whether in terms of gender or scientific qualification or position.

The study recommends that they should pay attention to the generation of knowledge and develop the techniques of storage and sharing through the provision of the appropriate environment for knowledge empowerment, and then build an organizational culture that use knowledge management as a methodology
