Technological advance is believed to be an important factor of social change.

Management through technology has great influence on the organizational behavior and the nature of work, for it has provided enterprises with many opportunities to increase their general success.

Despite, technology development leaded to increase the production and improvement, it may influence, the behavior and the company’s internal relationships, positively or negatively.

This paper tries to predict the possible effects of technology on organizational behavior and interrelationships.
