Environment is a source to provide the organization by requirement information used as a resource to make good and rational decisions.

On the other hand, it is an estuary for the final output of this organization which is adopted it for ensuring the continuity and survive.

With the reality of the closely linked between the organization and the environment, the exposure to the crisis can be happened, which oblige the organization to manage it through the vigilance which is one of the most important elements that an organization must have it.

Vigilance makes the organization on the permanent link with the internal and external factors surroundings, highlighting all the moves that occur in the variables of this environment and stay keen lasting effects, in order to ensure constant flow of information on the management of the organization, helping to make decisions that faced by these variables, whether opportunities or threats.

Vigilance strategy (Business Intelligence) allows the organization to be kept informed of what surrounds them, and do not be surprised by the results of these variables
