Today's management is confronted with a new behavioral and psychological challenge that require a re-examination of the management methods to prevent and manage conflicts within an organization.
Our main concern will revolve around how to prevent them, to ensure employees well-being at work.
We will mobilize a descriptive and an analytical approach for this study, which was inspired by the writings in social psychology to deepen our analysis.
The theoretical framework offered gives us an original and stimulating study.
The exploratory study will support the importance of managing profiles harmful to the well-being of the employees at work because of their strong presence in modern organizations.
The latter are characterized by a working mode that reveals the perversity.
This paper will present a non-exhaustive list of the characteristics of these toxics profiles in order to better identify them before acting

Le management d’aujourd’hui est confronté à de nouveaux défis comportementaux et psychologiques qui imposent une relecture des modes de gestion pour prévenir et gérer les conflits au sein des organisations.
D’où l’intérêt de notre problématique qui tourne autour du comment les prévenir pour assurer le bien être au travail.
Nous mobilisons l’approche descriptive et analytique, et la revue de la littérature fera appel à des écrits en psychologie sociale pour enrichir notre analyse.
Le cadre théorique proposé dégage une grille de lecture originale et stimulante.
L’étude exploratoire mettra en avant l’importance de la gestion des profils nocifs au bien être au travail.
Ce papier présente une liste non exhaustive des caractéristiques de ces profils pour les repérer avant d’agir.
