The picture is consedeved as one of the discoveries of the last period and that nade a rodical change in the level of concepts and accordingly ,the research in the picture from the most importont issues .on head of oll the seen picture comes the cinematogrophc one ,becouse it put avisual dazzling , and the live picture and the moving one .this made of it a productive sight mack of significance asit has the ability of change and influence .and it is not obvious that radical connection appears between philosophy and cinema ;especially if we look at the sulject from thematic side and also a philosophical one .the new cinema as an artistic innovation depends on the technical elements whereas historically philosophy is a witness the aniency of thinking.

So ;if philosophy was a speech calle dit the analyse and the understouding purposes and visions and specific position and justify theses .

The cinema as afield of thechnical innovation stand by building amoving pictoure so that one seen picture is consedered as a thousand written word ;and what links cinema and philosophy to each other is the image of the idea .this latter inspirers philosophy in its innovation .while the cinema tries to cereate it ;and within this relation the production of philosophy transforms to masses of appropoprapriate novements in a seen woy of alived experience ;so the sinema is importants for a philosophein different sides ;and this because of its creation and invention of new pictures for life .and with this the bserver of the relation betwen the cinema and philosophy humself many questions such as : What can philosophy give to cinema ?and what can sinema give to philosophy ? and after all this ;we can wonder how can we explain the deeps presence of philosophy in the cinematographic creativity ?and how can cinema be a responce to a philosophical purpose ?
