Abstract EN

The religious values that provide human security and safety are important determinants .The faculty must have had a set of religious values in order to perform their roles and duties effectively at the University.

The current research aimed at identifying the level of religious values for the faculty at the University of Wasit by changing the scientific title ( teacher and assistant teacher ) and by changing the variable of specialization (humanitarian and scientific ).

This research was limited to members of the faculty at the University of Wasit ongoing function of the academic year 2008/2009 who carry the scientific title (teacher and assistant teacher) and work in the colleges (humanitarian and scientific).

In this research ,four theories of the theoretical framework has been discussed and a statement of benefit from it .It also covered the ten previous studies which were discussed
