The essence of information banks, their importance and Fiqh vision from the Sharia perspective.

Abstract: The investment in the field Of communications and informatics became popular in this era, as this investing field became attractive for many Of the institutions.

This is due to its achievement Of the huge returns.

Therefore , dealing with the data banks in the future became a reality that imposes itself on the con- temporary life.

Thus, it became a phenomenon from the contempo- rary age phenomena that must be addressed through the Islamic Fiqh and Hadith (Islamic Law) to determine its rightful verdict.

Hence, this study focuses on the Islamic verdicts of dealing with the data banks.

In order to clarify what these banks are, the nature Of their work, their relationship to the digital computing environment, the information systems, and the revolution Of communications .

In addition, this study attempted to find Out the significance Of these banks according to the vision of the Islamic Fiqh and interpret and detail the Islamic legislations concerning contracting with these banks.

This is through clarifying the concept Ofthe subscription con- tract in the data bank, and to identify its characteristics, and then, adapt it in the light of the theory of contracts in Islamic law.
