Abstract EN

This Study aimed to: Identify the Status of applying authorities and management criteria indicators, and concluding a proposal project to develop girls' colleges at King Khalid Uni- versity in the light of authorities and management criteria.

To achieve these goals the researcher used the descriptive approach both the documentary and the survey types.

The Study used the questionnaire as a tool for Study, which was applied to the field Study sample that represented by female deans, attorneys and heads of departments totaled (II 3).

The Study found many results, including: That the practice of applying authorities and management criteria indicators was a (significant) degree, and the researcher created a proposal project based on the findings of its results.

Researcher recommended a number of recommendations, in- cluding: The need to provide a suitable working environment, and adopting the philosophy of academic accreditation based on participation, trust and respect.
