Abstract EN

The study aimed to shed light on the role play by the senussi Zawiyah in the Jaghoub after its establishment around the year 1851AD in attracting the population to it , which led to a population diversity that is almost distinguished from other areas in which the Senusite Zawiyah were established .

The research paper begins with the first topic that we have devoted to studying the geographical location of the Jaghbob oasis , and a simple overview of Mr.

Mohammab bin Ali- senussi , leader of the senussian movement and founder of this angle, from his birth until he moved to Al-Jaghoub , while the second topic came to address the role of religious , scientific and economic institutions that follow the angle in attracting the population to stay in the oasis .AS for the third topic , it was devoted to studying the community formation of the oasis after the construction of the Zawiyah ,then the conclusion comes to show the most important results of the study
