Abstract EN

This research aims to present the military policy of the Fatimids in the Maghreb countries, where they have sought to strengthen their military apparatus since Abu Abdullah, the Shiite, laid the foundations for the creation of the state in Kairouan in the year 296 AH / 909AD, who formed his foundation on a solid foundation and was keen to train him in various martial arts and contemporary skills.

The Fatimid State paid great attention to the army and also took care of its navy in order to protect its political entity, to diffuse internal security and to repel the movements of its adversaries at home and abroad , and to subject remote and regional regions, this adds to the mission of the military and commercial fleet between the Levant and Morocco, just like the Mediterranean.

The problem of this research is based on the methods of intruding Fatimid authority on the countries of the Maghreb in the formation of a military force that terrorized the near and distant, but transferred the throne of its rule from the countries of the Maghrib to Egypt in the year 358 AH / 968 AD.
