Abstract EN

This attemp taimed athigh lighting on the French colonial policy in Algeria.during the military reign which was characterized by a criminals cenesince the first arrival of itsarmyat the port of sidi fradjin 1830.neither man and values nor land had kept from not being affected by the colonial legislations .thus the French colonial policy had worked to change land property issues to serve it sinterests with out takingin to account the strong relationship between the Algerian individual and his land that led to a lot of cases of misery and poverty in the Algerian society.
