Abstract EN

This study aimed at investigating the effectiveness of classroom management level among basic stage teachers in Irbid governorate schools as perceived by their principals, and to investigate the impact of the variables (gender, qualification, and the years of experience) in principals’ estimations of the effectiveness of classroom management among basic stage teachers in Irbid governorate schools.

The sample of the study consisted of (243) principals.

The descriptive analytical methodology and a questionnaire consisted of (32) items were used.

The results showed that the effectiveness of classroom management level among teachers was (high).

In addition, it showed that there were no effect for all variables (gender, qualification, and the years of experience) in principals’ estimations for the effectiveness of classroom management level among teachers
