Search Summary:- This search paper aims to iden¬tify the great role played by the new media through the information net¬work which consider the pot of the new media that affects the political transitions that have taken place in the region (Arabs countries).

As an impor¬tant means of communication in terms of its multiplicity of functions and its impact on public opinion trends.

Where the information revolution was able to form and develop a new map in the media work, which reflected in all areas of life.

As well as the technologi¬cal and information development has brought about a qualitative shift in the impact on the political process in many countries.

And the multiplicity of methods of democratic practice and its influence on the issues of the people.

The problem of this study is that the new media is beginning to suffer from the constraints of power and money, which reflects negatively on the media material provided by these media.

The importance of the study is highlighted in the fact that the new media and its media material has become a source of different media, not to mention the broad public that these messages can reach.

Furthermore, the study focused on the interaction of media perfor¬mance with political transformations, and the role of the electronic interac¬tive system in the new media.

The researcher has reached many conclusions, including that the new media is one of the most important sources of information in the public, especially important events and issues.

In doing so, it has achieved the highest viewership, which indicates the impe¬rative to update and develop the infor¬mation material provided in those me¬dia.

The study recommended the need to move away from sectarianism and openness to the media materials that viewers follow and give it the opportu¬nity for future generations to achieve the goals of these means in improving the quality of media outputs
