The study aimed to identify the problematic technical foundations for electronic writing represented in the art of the press report in news websites Algerian, and that by revealing the foundations of his writing, and its compliance with the technical bases and scientific, as well as to identify the extent of utilization of electronic publishing capabilities to create interactive with the receiver.
