Abstract EN

This study aims at clarifying the legal texts related to the appointment of the arbitral tribunal in Yemeni Arbitration Law.

compared with the texts of some Ar ab Arbitration Laws in addition to the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration (1985).

The study concluded that some of these texts are of gaps and shortcomings, which raise the question of adequacy of the legal texts governing the selection and challenge of arbitral tribunal hi this study, the descriptive approach and the analytical approach were used, as was the comparative approach.
