In addition to all this, we will use the environmental, institutional and legal approaches.

In other hands, we will attempt to answer the following question: what are the main conceptual and theoretical interpretations of the university? Finally, the study concluded several points such as the concept university has a link to the traditional civilization, and its classical functions including learning and research are supported by new role is community service.
