The research aims to identify the role of sports activities in the development of life skills among the students of Mustansiriya University, and the researcher used the descriptive method in his steps and procedures.

The researcher sample was chosen deliberately among the students of Mustansiriya University and reached (494) students.

The research showed the convergence of the students 'general awareness of the goals set by the standard.
